The formatting of your file depends on the printer. Here are some general tips.

1. Export your file in a high-resolution printable PDF.
2. Most printers don’t print the whole page, so leave a 1/4 to 1/2 inch margin.
3. You want to export your file in CMYK for color printer, and grayscale (black and white) for b&w printers and Riso.
4. For a printed document, we suggest you don’t use type size smaller then 9pts.
